- General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
- Delivery Location
We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, Oceania... Any shipments outside are not available at this time.
For worldwide deliveries, we also use 3rd party delivery services, which can be: DHL express, Fedex express, china post, Epacket .... or one of them I think the best way to deliver goods to customers.
To facilitate the delivery on time. We ask that all buyer addresses must be in English.
- Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

7. Force Majeure
Force Majeure. A party shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay is beyond the reasonable control of a party, materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement, and could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against, but will not be excused for failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects.
Circumstances which are considered force majeure include: war, blockade, ban on foreign exchange, foreign exchange control, export ban, epidemic & Disease, import ban; strikes, deadlock, rebellion, fire, flood, earthquake ...
No Liability. Neither party will be liable for performance delays nor for non-performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, except for payment obligations.
Best Efforts to Cure. In the event of a threatened default or default as a result of any cause beyond its reasonable control, the defaulting party shall nonetheless exercise its best efforts to avoid and cure such default.
Right to Terminate. In the event such an event prevents performance thereunder for a period in excess of forty five (45) days, then the non-defaulting party may elect to terminate this Agreement and/or cancel or suspend any Purchase Orders thereunder by a notice to the defaulting party.
